Mr. Pramod Seth founded Black Master Tattoo in Kamala Nagar, North Delhi in 2015 with the aim of providing professional body art with international standards by a group of artists under the supervision of their own experts. He personally reviews all of the artworks he makes in the studio and loves to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
